Hello, I'm Marie-Claire
and I am in this with youThe Clearway Collective started with a very ordinary feeling: nothing was wrong, exactly, and yet drink was taking up more room in my life than I wanted it to.
There was no rock bottom. No dramatic story. I just reached a point where I could see alcohol for what it was in my own life: a completely socially accepted norm that, for me, wasn’t really adding anything anymore. If anything, it was taking away my mornings, my money, my energy, my confidence and far too much space in my head.
And I started to wonder: if something isn’t making my life better, why am I doing it just because everyone else does?

Built from the inside out
I am not an addiction counsellor and I did not come from rehab, and honestly, that is the point. Most of what I found when I went looking for support was written for people in crisis: labels, meetings and a language that simply did not sound like my life.
There was almost nothing for the person who is functioning, social, getting on with life and just quietly wondering whether alcohol is actually giving them anything anymore.
So I made the thing I wish I had found.
Thirty short days. One gentle practice at a time. Someone honest walking beside you, and nobody asking you to call yourself anything.
This was never about the alcohol. It is about building a life you don't need to escape from.
The 30-Day Reset is the whole of that idea in one place: four weeks of films, a daily practice, a private journal nobody else can read, and practical tools that are there on the evening you actually need them.
You buy it once, and it stays yours.
The rules we work by
No labels
You never have to call yourself anything. Curious is a perfectly good place to start, and to stay.
Private by default
What you write is yours alone. No feeds, no public profiles, no one reading over your shoulder.
Kind on the hard days
A wobble is information, not failure. Nothing here resets your progress to zero.
Said plainly: The Clearway Collective is an educational companion for the sober-curious. It is not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional help. If you drink heavily most days, please talk to your GP before stopping suddenly.
If you need support right now, your GP, Drinkaware and your local services can all help, and real support lines for several countries are built into the course itself.
Start where you are
No labels, no meetings, no one watching. Thirty days, taken at whatever pace life allows.
